Description: Ground floor reception refurbishment and Cat A fit out of first floor which included the replacement of distribution boards and installation of new sub mains and metering to allow the floor to split easily into separate demises, suitable for occupation of multiple tenants. Lighting was replaced with low energy LED lights that were fitted into purpose made ceiling rafts, new lighting controls were installed with presence and absence detection and linked to daylight dimming to ensure they are running efficiently.
